The categories that recognize entire organizations, departments, teams, individuals, and new products typically require the submission of an essay of up to 500 words, describing the nominee's achievements since the beginning of 2010. It's very easy to submit these types of entries online. You can even pay your entry fees online.

The categories for advertising, web sites, video, and other forms of media typically require the submission of the nominated media element(s), either online or through the mail, plus a brief explanation of the submission's objectives and results (up to 100 words). Even if you will submit your media element(s) offline, you can still submit your entries' paperwork online.
